Our Founders

Brothers and business partners, Dana and Tyler Dunkelberger, are second-generation retirement specialists. They were raised in a small mid-western town in Iowa by their father who has years of industry experience. Before entering the financial field, they were both professional waterskiers and traveled extensively around the world.

Collectively, they have experience in retirement strategies, insurance, income planning, and estate planning. The combination of their professional knowledge and sincere concern for clients’ welfare allows them to meet both their immediate and long-term needs.

The firm is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the National Ethics Association, and the Better Business Bureau. They are most proud of their awards including Outstanding Customer Service.

Sabrina Brown

Vice president of operations

Sabrina is an industry expert who has found her purpose in providing leadership to clients throughout their retirement journey. She loves helping clients find the confidence they need to think bigger and live better.


With over 13 years of experience, Sabrina has worked in nearly every position at Reliance Financial Partners, giving her a unique perspective and deep knowledge of the company as well as clients and their needs. Sabrina is Series 65 and health, life and accident licensed.


In her current role as vice president of operations, she oversees business management and business operations for Reliance Financial. Sabrina strives to be a leader who is humble, strong and ambitious. She’s passionate about continuously improving and pushing herself in business and in life.


Sabrina and her husband live in La Vernia, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and distance running. She and her husband also love to travel. Their dream vacation is a trip to Italy to drive down the Amalfi Coast.

Cynthia Alvarez

Director of Operations

Cynthia’s dedication to helping others think bigger and live better is her driving force. As the director of operations at Reliance Financial Partners, she plays a vital role for both clients and the Reliance Financial team.  


Whether it’s coming up with new ways to make experiences better for clients or implementing training, development and communication programs to empower the Reliance Financial team, Cynthia pushes everyone—including herself—to strive for excellence and achieve remarkable results.  


Cynthia has a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders. She’s proud to be part of the Reliance Financial team and to work for a company that always puts their clients first.  


In her free time, Cynthia loves to be in nature and to thrift shop. She also enjoys hanging out with her two cats, Beau and Adonis.

Grace Suchy

Director of Advisory Solutions

Grace’s passion is helping people achieve what they thought was unattainable and empowering them to think bigger and live better. Her role as director of advisory solutions is multifaceted and allows her to contribute to Reliance Financial Partners in multiple ways.  


Grace has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and a master’s degree in public relations. She began her career in banking before transitioning to be the director of client service at an elder law firm. She has a wide range of experience and depth of expertise that’s invaluable to Reliance Financial’s clients.  


In a prior role, Grace worked with many financial advisors but didn’t feel that clients were always treated well when they needed help the most. With Reliance Financial, she’s proud to be part of a financial advisory team that clients can count on.  


Grace lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Fred, and three dogs (Boz, Alfie and Fang). In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing the piano and volunteering for a local animal rescue organization.  

Bianca Prather

Advisory Solutions Specialist

Bianca helps provide a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients, empowering them to think bigger and live better. As an advisory solutions specialist, she loves helping create financial plans that make a positive impact on clients’ lives now and throughout retirement.  


Bianca lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and will never turn down a trip to the lake. For Bianca, living on purpose includes serving in ministry with her husband at their church.  

Allison Schoppe

Advisory Solutions Specialist

Allison helps provide a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new clients, making their experience easy and worry-free. As an advisory solutions specialist, she loves helping clients feel at ease when planning for retirement so they can spend more time living on purpose and enjoying their retirement. 


Allison has her life, accident and health general lines license and assists people with overall wealth management and retirement. Her motivation is helping clients avoid the strain and worry that comes from not having a retirement plan. She loves setting clients and their families up for success so they can think bigger and live better.   


In her free time, Allison likes to attend Texas Longhorn football games and cheer her Longhorns to victory. On a quieter weekend, she also enjoys playing the guitar, taking her two dogs for walks and watching movies with her boyfriend.   

Celeste Pich

Client Experience Specialist

Celeste helps clients live on purpose by guiding and supporting them at each stage of their retirement journey. As a client experience specialist, she has a passion for providing Reliance Financial Partners’ clients and families with the exceptional level of service they expect and deserve.  


A key component of Celeste’s role is building and maintaining relationships with clients. She takes pride in helping others achieve their goals and know they don’t need to worry about the future.  


Celeste was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She’s a dedicated mother to a son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors as well as volunteering for her community.

Laura Dominguez

Client Experience Specialist

Laura helps clients live on purpose by instilling confidence and trust with accurate and timely support. She believes that retirement should come with a sense of relief that there are no loose ends and works hard to help clients feel that sense of relief.  


Laura’s past experience providing customer support and training has served her well as a client experience specialist for Reliance Financial Partners. She’s always been drawn to helping others and is motivated to deliver results and be a key part of clients’ success in retirement and life.  


Laura lives in San Antonio, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, going for walks and taking care of her plants.   

Brianna Duran

Client Experience Specialist

Brianna helps clients live on purpose without having to constantly worry about what’s going on with their accounts and finances. As a client experience specialist, she focuses on delivering exceptional service to existing clients and fulfilling their service needs.  


With years of customer service and leadership experience, Briana is well-qualified to provide Reliance Financial Partner’s clients the answers and support they need. Brianna excels at communicating and building relationships. Her goal is delivering clients an exceptional experience that empowers them to think bigger and live better. 


Briana was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She loves to travel, hike and be adventurous. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Lucy.  

Catalina Frank

Client Experience Coordinator

Catalina coordinates all the details to help create a consistently positive experience for clients in each interaction they have with Reliance Financial Partners. With Catalina handling the little things, clients are free to focus on thinking bigger and living with purpose.  


Catalina has a bachelor’s in business and career experience in property and casualty insurance. She holds her property and casualty insurance license and risk management in captive insurance certification.  


Originally from Minnesota, Catalina has lived all over Texas. She currently lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, David. Catalina and David love to travel and cook new recipes together. She also loves to stay active by going on runs and walks, going to the gym and doing Pilates. 

Kathryn Cook

Director of new business

As the director of new business at Reliance Financial Partners, Kathryn works with the advisory team and carriers to ensure a smooth transition of assets between companies for new and existing clients. She’s dedicated to helping others live life with purpose and happiness.

Kathryn has a bachelor’s degree and career experience is in human resources and office management. Her passion is helping others. Kathryn knows that the financial world can be confusing and frustrating and strives to help make it easier to understand and navigate. For her, nothing is more rewarding than helping empower Reliance Financial’s clients to think bigger and live better. 

Kathryn lives in San Antonio. She makes frequent trips to her hometown of Houston to visit her family—especially her little nephew. In her free time, she likes to explore and hike new areas with her boyfriend, reread books she’s already finished several times over and have board game nights with friends.
